At Infinity Hoop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fitness journey. If your weighted hoop doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and select your reason for return.
Package Your Hoop
Place the Infinity Hoop and all additional links or accessories back into the original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
